The EU commented on the sanctions policy towards Russia.

Eight finance ministers from Denmark, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, Finland, Sweden and Estonia proposed working on tightening anti-Russian sanctions.

The experts expressed their opinion in a publication for the Guardian newspaper.

The article notes that the above-mentioned European states should continue to work on anti-Russian sanctions.

In particular, the finance ministers advocated for more strict control over the trade of Russian oil. In their opinion, the black gold from Russia is still traded at a higher price than the established ceiling of $60 per barrel.
