Russians were told which goods and services will become more expensive in the fall
An economist told which goods will become more expensive in Russia in September-October.
The comment was shared by Alexey Zubets, Director of the Institute of Social and Economic Research at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
In a conversation with the portal " Abzats ", the expert reported that a rise in prices for confectionery products is expected in the near future.
This will happen not only in Russia, but in many other countries as well. The reason is related to the poor cocoa harvest.
Flights will become more expensive. This primarily concerns the economy class segment.
Air travel is growing in popularity, but at the same time, aircraft repairs are becoming more difficult. And this is already having an impact on prices. Economy class has become 26% more expensive today.
Tourist services will also become more expensive. Accommodation in hotels, holiday homes, sanatoriums and other similar establishments will become more expensive.
Since the beginning of 2024, prices here have already increased by 20-25%. The economist believes that the end of the high season will not stop the growth of prices in this area.
In addition, prices for construction materials and medicines will increase in Russia. As for medicines, this primarily concerns imported products.
