Siluanov spoke about budget execution
The Russian Minister of Finance commented on the execution of the Russian budget.
Anton Siluanov assured that the budget is being steadily implemented at all levels.
The Russian Finance Minister made this statement live on the Rossiya 24 channel, RIA Novosti reports.
According to the head of the ministry, there is stable budget execution at both the federal and regional levels.
Siluanov noted that the regions of the Russian Federation have a budget surplus of 850 billion rubles. Thanks to this, in more than 50 Russian regions, the population's income exceeds its expenses.
Questions of sustainability are not raised, since taxes also grow along with wage growth, which allows the regions to continue to form a revenue base.
Despite several extraordinary situations that resulted in unplanned expenses, the budget will continue to be implemented as usual.
This year we will ensure budget balance, Siluanov concluded.
At the same time, he did not rule out that the budget could still be adjusted depending on the situation.
