- Sprinkle the potatoes with dry onion peels: the quercetin in them works as an antibiotic.
- Place elderberry branches in the boxes - their smell repels rodents.
- Check the harvest once a month: diseased tubers emit ethylene, which accelerates the deterioration of neighboring ones.
