No More Yellow Leaves on Cucumbers: This Product Works Better Than Fungicides
Often, summer residents and gardeners are faced with yellowing leaves on cucumbers.
And although this phenomenon does not always mean death for the plant, it is better to keep its leaves green in order to get an excellent harvest.
What remedy to use for yellowing
A product that is 10 times more powerful and effective than professional fungicides is whey. This product remains after cheese or curd is made from milk.
It has a triple action: antibacterial, including helping to fight fungus, strengthening and improving the structure of the soil.
The serum can be used in the following way:
- take 1 liter of whey;
- dilute it with water in a ratio of 1:10;
- Spray the cucumbers.
The treatment should be carried out at least once a week to achieve the desired result.
And to strengthen the plants themselves, a solution of whey is poured under the roots. Such feeding once a month is enough for cucumbers to grow healthy.
