The system last recorded Denise arriving at work on Friday, August 16th.
On Monday, Prudhomme did not show up for work. Her colleagues did not raise the alarm, but they noticed that an unpleasant smell had settled in the office.
The next day, the woman again failed to show up for work, and the stench intensified. Only then did the employees discover the body of their colleague in the office.
An autopsy was performed, which showed that there were no traces of foul play, death occurred from natural causes on August 16, that is, the American died at work.
