Man rescued in refrigerator after Hurricane Milton swept into ocean

The US Coast Guard has rescued a man who was floating in a refrigerator in the Gulf of Mexico.
A helicopter crew carried out a rescue operation after his boat was carried out into the ocean.
A man's fishing boat has broken down off the coast of Madeira Beach, Florida, AP News reports.
Hours before Hurricane Milton hit, a man tried to repair a boat on the beach.
Rescuers found the man about 30 miles off the coast of Florida clinging to a refrigerator that was bobbing in the waves.
The rescued man was taken to a Tampa hospital for medical treatment.
The hospital is not commenting on the patient's condition.
Coast Guard spokeswoman Nicole Groll would not release the identity of the rescued man.
