Python swallows woman whole in Indonesia
A huge python ambushed a 36-year-old resident of an Indonesian province.
The woman went to get medicine for her child and did not return home.
The incident occurred in the province of South Sulawesi, The Jakarta Post reports.

It turned out that the woman had become the victim of a 6-meter python, which was lying half a kilometer from the deceased’s house.
The python was alive when the Indonesian woman's husband found the python with the help of fellow villagers. They cut open the python's belly and confirmed the most terrible guess.
It is noted that this is the second such case in Indonesia. In June, a five-meter python killed a 45-year-old mother of four children.
Indonesia and the Philippines are home to giant pythons that are capable of swallowing humans, but their target is usually small game.
