Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fico Receives Envelope Containing Bullet

An envelope with a bullet inside arrived addressed to the country's current Prime Minister, Robert Fico.
The incident was reported by the local portal Plus 7 dní .
According to media reports, the incident in question was recorded in the morning while checking diplomatic mail.
One of the envelopes, the recipient of which was listed as Robert Fico, aroused suspicion among employees of the Chancellery of the Government of Slovakia.
Subsequent X-ray testing confirmed this, revealing that the package contained ammunition.
Law enforcement officers were called to the scene to establish the circumstances of the incident.
Attempt on Fico
Let us recall that an assassination attempt was made on the Slovak Prime Minister on May 15, 2024.
The politician received several gunshot wounds and was taken by air ambulance to a medical facility.
A total of three bullets were removed from Fico's body. He was wounded in the stomach, shoulder and thigh.
The investigation established that the politician was shot by 71-year-old Juraj Cintula, who explained his actions as politically motivated.
