A small child was found naked on the road in Primorsky Krai
A little boy was found naked on the road in Primorsky Krai.
The child did not speak and could not explain how he got there.
“The boy was taken to a rehabilitation center while the circumstances are being investigated,” RIA Novosti reported, citing Olga Romanova, the Commissioner for Children’s Rights in Primorsky Krai.
Doctors examined the baby left naked on the road.
Romanova reported that work with legal representatives is currently ongoing.
The Ombudsman also added that law enforcement agencies were involved in establishing all the circumstances.
Abandoned child
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a local resident reported to the police that a naked child ran out onto the road in the area of the village of Kiparisovo.
It was established that the mother of the disabled child came to visit friends and left the child unattended.
The boy who was found was placed in a rehabilitation center.
Earlier in Tula, the parents of a baby buried in a plastic container behind garages were found.
