Bank accounts of director of exploded warehouse in Sergiev Posad frozen
A Moscow court has frozen the accounts and property of the director of a warehouse that exploded in 2023.
This decision was made by the Basmanny Court of the capital. Information about this appeared on Sunday, August 18.
RIA Novosti reports the decision regarding the manager, citing court materials.
We are talking about a car, an apartment, a country plot, securities and 14 bank accounts. The director himself is under arrest.
Explosion at a warehouse in Sergiev Posad
The tragedy in the Moscow region occurred on the morning of August 9 last year.
An explosion occurred in a warehouse containing pyrotechnics. As was recently clarified, 9 people became victims of the incident. At least 100 people were injured to varying degrees of severity.
In addition, the explosion caused damage to the owners of 1,028 apartments and 64 private homes. 278 vehicles were damaged.
13 people were recognized as victims and filed civil lawsuits.
The investigation into this case is ongoing.
