Bus with tourists flew into a ditch in Krasnoyarsk Krai

For an unknown reason, the bus carrying tourists flew into a ditch.
The incident was reported on the official Telegram channel of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Krasnoyarsk Krai and the Republic of Khakassia.
As noted in the publication posted in the messenger, the accident occurred at 7:30 am local time (3:30 am Moscow time) on Saturday, August 3, 2024.
A tourist bus with passengers was traveling from the settlement of Magansk and heading to the settlement of Beret. For an unknown reason, the bus driver lost control, causing the vehicle to end up in a ditch and flip over on its side.
According to preliminary data, the incident did not result in any casualties.
As a result of the accident, 10 people were injured, two of whom were children aged 9 and 14.
The severity of the injuries sustained by the passengers is being determined; they are in a medical facility.
Investigators are working at the scene of the accident to establish the details of what happened.
