One person died and seven were injured in a gas explosion in a house in Sterlitamak.
According to authorities, one person was killed and seven others were injured due to a gas explosion in a high-rise building.
Gas exploded in a residential building during renovation work, the Bashkiria prosecutor's office reported.
The city administration explained on its Telegram channel: “The explosion occurred due to careless handling of household gas.”
As a result of the incident, seven people were injured, including two children.
One person died after receiving fatal injuries.
