Flight from Delhi to San Francisco made an emergency landing in Krasnoyarsk

The crew made this decision due to the activation of fire sensors in the cargo compartment.
A Boeing 777 belonging to Air India took off from Delhi (India) to San Francisco (USA), RIA Novosti reports.
The aircraft was over the Evenki region of Krasnoyarsk Krai when a decision was made to change course and make an emergency landing in Krasnoyarsk.
The plane landed at approximately 19:45 Moscow time (23:45 local time). Everything went well, no one was hurt.
After landing, the plane was parked, where it will be inspected by the technical service staff of Yemelyanovo airport. The exact reason for the emergency landing has not yet been announced.
The State Department does not know how many US citizens are on board the plane. According to media reports, more than 200 people have checked in for the flight.
