An investigation is underway in Ingushetia after a boy accidentally shot his minor relative in the head. RIA Novosti reports the details, citing the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs.
It is noted that a 10-year-old child found an air rifle near the house and then fired a shot. As a result of the incident, a 12-year-old child was injured.
According to the ministry, the victim was taken to the children's clinical hospital in Nazran for medical care. He will undergo outpatient treatment.
They also noted that a report had been drawn up against the mother of the child who found the rifle.
