The investigator of the Investigative Committee, beaten by the American Robert Gilman, is experiencing headaches and migraines.

The victim asks for the attacker to be severely punished, RIA Novosti writes.

The court began considering the case on the merits on June 27.

The court also requested information about Gilman's health.

He has repeatedly said that he was poisoned and denied medical care.

The victim, an investigator for the Investigative Committee, told the court that Gilman rained blows on him while he was sitting on a chair at a table.

He added that he experiences headaches and migraines periodically.

The investigator asks that Gilman be severely punished for punching him in the head.
