Jet Ski Packed With Explosives Washes Up on Popular Beach in Turkey
A jet ski loaded with explosives was washed up on the Turkish coast by the waves.
A dangerous discovery was made on the Istanbul coast of Catalca, in the area of Catalca-Akalan beach.
A driverless jet ski washed up on the shores of Istanbul was discovered by rescuers on duty at the beach, the IHA agency reports.
Coming closer, they saw that his equipment was far from civilian. They reported the find to law enforcement.
Emergency services arrived at the beach. During the inspection, they found explosives. Several cameras and military equipment were installed on the outside of the jet ski.
According to preliminary data, the water transport belongs to the Ukrainian Navy.
The jet ski will be taken to the military inspection point for criminal investigation. The incident did not result in casualties or injuries.
