The quest took place in one of the basements of the building on the night of July 22.
As a result of the fire, two girls were unable to leave the room on their own.
The head of the burns department of the Dagestan Republican Clinical Hospital, Magomed Akhmedov, said that one of them died immediately, and the second died due to severe burns on the morning of July 22.
Those found guilty may face up to ten years of imprisonment under Part 3 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
Investigators found out that the fire started due to the ignition of gasoline liquid.
Visitors to the quest room died from burns received during the game.
