Prepare a glass of salt and a few drops of vegetable oil.
Take an old cast iron frying pan, pour a glass of salt into it and heat it over the fire for 15-20 minutes. Don't forget to stir the powder.
Then the salt fried in this way should be poured out, the utensils should be rinsed with hot water without using a cleaning agent. To dry the frying pan, it is necessary to heat it again on the fire.
The second stage of processing the surface of the frying pan is to apply oil to the entire inner surface of the dish and heat it evenly over the fire for 3 minutes. This manipulation should be repeated twice.
Then wipe the dishes with a napkin and you can cook. Now nothing will burn on the frying pan.
