The motion for detention was granted. The detainee faces up to 10 years in prison.
According to investigators, the former deputy minister, together with the vice-rector of a subordinate institute and employees of a company that trains personnel, created a criminal scheme.
The accomplices arranged for a contract to be signed for the training of teaching staff, but in fact no internships were conducted.
The money allocated for the internship, 54 million, was distributed among the accomplices.
It is noted that the other two perpetrators were detained, but Glebov fled abroad in August 2024. He was detained as soon as he returned to Russia.
