The Khoroshevsky Court of Moscow has issued a verdict against business coach, citizen of the Netherlands and Israel Natalia Zakheim and her husband.
The court ordered that the defendants be remanded in custody to a pretrial detention facility.
The reason given is the commission of a criminal offense, namely, large-scale fraud organized by a group of people, as reported by TASS .
The court ruled: “The detainees will be sent to a pretrial detention facility for a period of 1 month and 18 days.”
As the investigation indicated, Zakheim and her business partner Lyubov Struleva, together with her husband Andrei Krasnov, formed a criminal group.
The criminals sold courses on investing money. A corresponding Internet resource was created for these purposes.
The court stated: “The money received as a result of the transactions was used at the discretion of the criminals.”
It is explained that the attackers did not fulfill their obligations to train clients.
