The child's mother, Ergasheva Oyshabon Pirimkulovna, was found guilty of torturing a minor.
For this, the defendant in the case was sentenced to 4 years and 3 months of imprisonment. Her cohabitant received 4 years for the same crime.
The convicted persons will have to serve their sentences in a general regime penal colony.
Circumstances of the case
The case of torture of a one-year-old child was discovered in October last year.
The couple's neighbors complained about the child's crying and called law enforcement officers to the address where the defendants in the case lived.
It turned out that the child was constantly subjected to violence, and that appropriate living conditions were not created for him.
The minor was hospitalized, and his mother and her partner were taken into custody.
