Weather forecaster tells Muscovites when to expect first frosts
The weather forecaster told when the first frosts might come to Moscow.
Meteorologist Tatyana Pozdnyakova shared a comment on this topic.
In a conversation with Moscow 24 , she said that in Moscow the first frosts are usually recorded in the first days of September.
It is difficult to say exactly what will happen in 2024. Forecasters rely on historical data, but closer to September a more accurate forecast will appear.
If everything is within normal limits, then at the end of August we will know when the first frosts will come to Moscow.
The capital is still enjoying positive temperatures at night. No heat is expected on the weekend. On Saturday, August 10, +23…+25°C is forecast.
Sunday will be cooler, with temperatures not expected to rise above +20°C.
Rain is also forecast for the weekend. On Saturday, precipitation will be less intense. It will intensify on Sunday.
Next week will also be quite cool. On Monday-Tuesday the air will warm up to +17…+22°C during the day. This is two degrees below normal.
