Erdogan Condemns Assassination of Hamas Politburo Chief
The Turkish President commented on the assassination of the head of the political bureau of the Palestinian movement Hamas.
According to the politician, Israel will not achieve its goals through violence.
Recep Tayyip Erdogan voiced this opinion on his account on the social network X.
Recall that earlier it became known about the liquidation of Ismail Haniyeh. The head of the Hamas politburo was in his residence, located in the Iranian capital Tehran.
Commenting on the incident, Erdogan stressed that he considers the assassination of the Palestinian leader to be treacherous.
According to the head of Ankara, Israel’s actions are aimed at intimidating the Palestinians and demoralizing the entire nation.
He compared what happened to the killings of other Palestinian activists organized by Tel Aviv.
Despite Israel's success, Erdogan stressed that the state cannot achieve its goals by using murder.
The Turkish President stressed that his country will continue to provide assistance to Palestine, and also expressed hope that the “union of humanity” and the stronger position of the Islamic world will be able to cope with Israeli aggression.
