Often, through their offspring, parents try to realize their unrealized plans, and this is where the first gross mistake arises.
For example, the child's father dreamed of becoming a pianist, but did not have the necessary talent and perseverance. And now he puts pressure on his child to bring his musical endeavors to life, although the latter dotes on computers.
The second unforgivable mistake is to ridicule the child's shortcomings. It can be something harmless like freckles or something more serious, like excess weight. And if for an adult these are trifles, then for a child it can turn into a lifelong trauma and complexes.
Even if you said in a fit of anger, "It would be better if you never existed!", do not expect that the child will easily let it go and forgive. Such things can become a trauma for life.
