There is no person who does not make mistakes from time to time.

And if you are still tormented by a feeling of guilt for any of your actions, it is worth thoroughly analyzing your behavior.

Let's figure out what you can safely understand and forgive yourself for.

What actions are worth forgiving?

It often happens that we are tormented by an all-consuming feeling of guilt for having once refused to help someone.

In fact, in such a situation, you just need to remind yourself that the request may have been made at the wrong time, or you may have simply been frightened by what was happening for some reason.

It's also worth forgiving yourself if you've ever spent a lot of time and effort trying to save a relationship. Even if it didn't work out, don't beat yourself up: at least you tried.

Try to forgive yourself for not prioritizing your own health. Most often, it is sacrificed for the sake of a career, and then you blame yourself when emotional burnout sets in or your health deteriorates.

Just remember that at that stage of your life it was important for you, but you shouldn’t continue to do so, so as not to get a bunch of illnesses.
