Russian user accounts will be deactivated as a result of Google AdSense leaving Russia.
The contextual advertising service Google AdSense has decided to wind down its operations in Russia.
Information about this was sent via Google email to Russian publishers.
As a result of Google AdSense's departure, user accounts will be disabled.
The team's message states that all AdSense accounts located in Russia have been deactivated.
This means that it will no longer be possible to receive income from monetization through accounts in the Russian Federation.
The company said that they will pay wages for July no later than August 21-26.
Thus, Russian bloggers and YouTube account owners will lose access to Google AdSense.
They will also no longer be able to access the services provided by the advertising network.
Google AdSense introduced restrictions for Russians in March 2022. At that time, they banned the display of ads in the Russian Federation and the creation of new accounts.
Now the company is terminating business contacts with Russian publishers.
