IT expert names categories of Russians who should not use Telegram
The specialist named the categories that are not recommended to use the popular messenger.
IT expert Pavel Myasoedov shared a comment on this topic.
In a conversation with NEWS.ru, he indicated that the greatest threat from Telegram comes to people who possess confidential information.
He included businessmen and politicians in such categories. But he added that they often use secure services that allow them to avoid leakage of important information.
Ordinary Russians can continue to use this messenger, Myasoedov emphasized.
The specialist pointed out that the number of active Telegram users is in the millions. It is impossible to check such a number of chats manually.
Therefore, the personal information of ordinary users is not at risk.
He admitted that in this case an automatic moderation system could be used, which works on keywords and can “sort and disable something.”
But so far there is no information that it was used on a large scale.
