Global failure
A global computer failure has paralyzed the work of airlines, airports, banks, and media outlets around the world.
The problem was a conflict between the updated Crowdstrike antivirus and Windows.
CrowdStrike confirmed that computers running its security software are experiencing a shutdown of the Windows operating system.
As a result of the outage, Microsoft shares lost almost 3%, Crowdstrike shares fell by 14%.
Security experts said there was no indication that CrowdStrike's problems were related to cyberattacks.
