Dissatisfied client wins lawsuit against blogger Lerchek
It became known about the trial that took place against the famous blogger Valeria Chekalina, better known as Lerchek.
The Savelovsky Court of Moscow collected almost 180 thousand rubles from the celebrity.
RIA Novosti learned about this from the court’s press service.
Ani Baghdasaryan’s lawsuit stated that the injured party purchased a course called “Premium Program with Valeria Chekalina.”
It is noted that this proposal cost the plaintiff 2 million rubles, and she was dissatisfied with the services provided to her.
In particular, according to Baghdasaryan, all meetings with Chekalina were limited to conversations over tea. At the same time, the blogger trained her in promoting third parties for the purpose of concluding contracts.
The court ruled to partially satisfy the claim. Lerchek will have to pay 100 thousand rubles in penalties, as well as about 80 thousand in other payments.
These included:
- a fine of 60 thousand rubles;
- compensation for moral damages - 10 thousand rubles;
- state duty, which amounted to 9200.
