We are talking about Sergei Kosenko, who filmed a video of cruel treatment of a baby.

According to the agency’s source, the blogger’s debt to the state currently amounts to approximately 303,270 rubles.
At the same time, the above amount is not all of Kosenko's debts to the state. According to BIR-Analytics, the company OOO Sergey Kosenko's Production Center owes about 3 million rubles for the current year.
Scandal around Kosenko
The blogger gained notoriety after posting a provocative video with a baby.
In it, a man threw a small child into a snowdrift, which caused a reaction from the Investigative Committee. The head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, ordered a criminal case to be opened against the blogger.
At the same time, the defendant's side, according to Kosenko's lawyer Sergei Zhorin, adheres to the version that the video was edited using a mannequin doll and modern editing technologies.
Kosenko has already apologized for the video, explaining that he was planning to conduct training on how to use AI to create videos.
