New details of the legal battle between Tatyana and Vladislav Bakalchuk have become known.
In the latest version of the divorce lawsuit, the founder of Wildberries no longer demands that the company be split up.
This message appeared today on Bakalchuk’s Telegram channel.
The publication notes that on September 12, the first hearing in the spouses’ divorce proceedings took place in the Savelovsky Court of Moscow.
At the same time, according to Bakalchuk, his wife changed the terms of her claim three times.
At first, she demanded recognition of 100% of the Wildberries brand in the interests of the spouses' children, then changed the terms to buy out 1% of the company's shares for 529 million rubles. In this case, the rights to the company would remain with Tatyana.
However, according to the latest version of the document, the Wildberries section is no longer being discussed.
As noted in Bakalchuk's message, he intends to save the family. Tatyana, in turn, demands that the procedure for guardianship over the children be determined, and that her husband be obliged to pay alimony.
