The weather forecaster warned drivers and pedestrians about adverse weather conditions at the end of the second month of autumn.

The leading specialist of the Phobos weather center, Evgeny Tishkovets, shared a comment.

In his Telegram channel, the weather forecaster said that on the night of October 29-30, “black” ice will appear on the roads of Central Russia.

Light frosts coupled with previous rains will create conditions for a phenomenon known as “black” ice.

We are talking about black ice with a thickness of 0.5–1 mm. It will be observed in a number of regions of the central part of Russia.
