Fraudsters have begun to actively use a fraudulent scheme that allows them to gain access to Russians’ accounts on “Gosuslugi”.

Fraudsters only need to hear a few numbers to make money from unwary citizens.

Fraudsters, using the available data, are trying to gain access to other people’s accounts on “Gosuslugi,” RIA Novosti writes.

The account owner receives an SMS code, which is necessary to complete the login. At this point, the scammers call him.

The attackers pose as employees of the “pension fund” and trick you into giving out the code.

Having received it, they log into the account, apply for microloans, cash out the funds and leave the person with debts.

Sberbank urged not to disclose the SMS code to anyone, especially to unknown persons or those who claim to be employees of various departments.

Earlier, the expert told Russians how to behave correctly in the event of a car accident.
