Storm warning issued in Kuban due to expected rains
Unfavorable weather conditions can create obstacles to the comfortable movement of people.
Fortunately, city residents are warned in advance of the upcoming changes.
On Monday and Tuesday, August 5 and 6, unfavorable weather is expected in Krasnodar Krai. Details are reported by TASS with reference to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation for Krasnodar Krai.
It is noted that showers, strong and sharp winds, and hail are expected on the indicated days. Wind gusts can reach 23 meters per second.
According to the department, a storm warning has been issued in connection with the forecasted bad weather in the Krasnodar region.
The department added that on August 5 and 6, dangerous phenomena over the sea – tornadoes – could occur in the area from Anapa to Magri.
In this regard, rescuers advise monitoring reports of possible emergencies and, if they occur, calling emergency services at 112.
