The Ministry of Education and Science has presented a new procedure for admission to universities for bachelor's, specialist and master's degree programs.
The new document will come into force in Russia on March 1, 2025.

The term is uniform
Applicants to bachelor's and specialist's programs should know that the collection of documents will now start from June 20 to July 25, if internal exams are required. The lists of candidates will appear on July 27.
Benefits
Participants of the SVO, their children, as well as Heroes of the Russian Federation will have the right to apply based on the results of internal entrance examinations for quota and general places.
Target direction
The application for admission to targeted places will indicate the customer of the training and the number of the proposal to conclude a contract.
To the total number of competition points, applicants will receive points for participation in the events of the customer of educational services.
Enrollment via "Gosuslugi"
Starting from the new year, it will be possible to apply for master's degree programs through "Gosuslugi".
Enrollment in the budget will occur upon receipt of a consent statement.
