The second festival of sunny cheese will take place in Kislovodsk

The Sunny Cheese Festival will be held in Kislovodsk for the second time. Details are reported by TASS with reference to the head of the resort, Yevgeny Moiseyev.
It is noted that the event will delight citizens from July 13 to 14. The venue will be the main pedestrian boulevard of Kislovodsk.
According to Moiseev, the festival program will include an introduction to cheese producers and farmers and a tasting of the product.
In addition, those who wish will be able to enjoy the atmosphere of the craft village and various performances.
People will also have the opportunity to take part in cheese races and learn about the history of cheese.
The head of the resort noted that the highlight of the festival will be a cheese dish – risotto with vegetables and cheese.
It is added that the event will end with a musical show.
