A dog expert from the US has shared a list of dog breeds that are not suitable for inexperienced owners.
She singled out Australian Shepherds as one of the worst breeds for newbies .
Her post on her personal blog was noticed by The Sun.

The dog trainer explained that Australian Shepherds are energetic and require a lot of attention. Inexperienced owners will have to spend a significant amount of time training them.
For the same reason, the expert does not recommend that beginners get a border collie.
She noted: “A border collie is definitely not an option for you unless you are prepared to work with the dog on a regular basis.”
The dog expert also emphasized that many people make mistakes when choosing a husky as their first dog.
These dogs have a wild temperament and often act on their own.
The expert believes that beginners should not get German and Belgian shepherds.
The dog trainer also does not recommend that inexperienced owners take crossbreeds of different breeds with poodles.
She noted that these dogs create many problems due to their health and behavior.
