Reasons for Strange Dog Behavior
The most common reason why an animal rubs its butt on the floor is that it has worms.
The helminths leave the host's body through the anus, causing severe itching, and the dog tries to get rid of it.
Dehydration due to kidney failure or other diseases also leads to this behavior.
Forces the dog to move its butt and hemorrhoids. It is also accompanied by blood in the feces and active licking of the anus.
Colitis and enterocolitis also cause itching, which causes the dog to behave strangely.
