The body’s report emphasizes that the corresponding decision was made at a court hearing.
Killing may be carried out in the event of an attack or unmotivated aggressiveness of the animal.
According to the decision of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, killing is carried out if the animal is a carrier of the pathogen of a dangerous disease.
These actions are also possible in cases where it is necessary to stop the physical suffering of a non-viable animal.
