  • 90 g granulated sugar +100 g powdered sugar for glaze,
  • 160 g flour,
  • 3 eggs,
  • 145 g butter,
  • 40 g starch,
  • 5 g baking powder,
  • 10 g vanilla sugar,
  • 30 ml lemon juice + the same amount of juice for glaze,
  • lemon zest from 1 lemon,
  • a little salt.

Method of preparation

If you are ready, then let's get started:

1. Take the butter out of the fridge to melt a little. Then beat it with regular and vanilla sugar.

2. When the mixture turns white, add lemon juice, salt and zest. Beat again.

3. Send in the eggs. Beat.

4. In another bowl, combine flour, starch, baking powder. Then sift the mixture and add it to the butter mixture.

5. Mix the dough, then transfer it to the mold.

6. Place in the oven at 180 degrees. You can check the readiness of the baked goods with a toothpick.

7. Make the glaze by whisking together the lemon juice and powdered sugar. Then pour it over the cake.
