Ophthalmologist and TV presenter Mikhail Konovalov advised how to effectively wake up in the morning.

He revealed the simplest way to help you avoid feeling sleepy.

Konovalov explained on the air of the program “Live Healthy!” on Channel One that a short workout will help you feel energetic even without a cup of coffee.

He explained that simple morning exercises for 10-15 minutes will invigorate more powerfully than 50 ml of caffeine.

Konovalov suggested that Russians do morning exercises every day to feel more energetic and recharge themselves with energy for the whole day.
