It is customary to bake pies, Easter cakes, and festive bread at Easter. There is often a lot of baking, so some of it may spoil before it gets its turn.

To keep the paska fresh for as long as possible, it is important to follow some tips.

Milk in the composition of paska can accelerate the spoilage of the product, so it is better to refuse this ingredient. Instead of milk, you can use the most ordinary water.

Immediately after cooking, the baked goods should be hidden so that air does not get in. The best option may be white paper.

If you are not ready to eat the cake immediately after cooking, it is better to put it in a cellophane bag.

Another option for prolonging the freshness of Easter cake is to put a little salt or a piece of apple next to it.

If the paska has become hard, you don’t need to get rid of it right away – it’s better to try to refresh it. You can do this as follows: wet the holiday bread with water, wrap it in paper, put it in a closed pan and put it in the oven for 10 minutes. You’ll love the result!

By following these tips, you can extend the freshness of your Easter cake.
