It has become known how many organizations are already using the services of the Russian analogue of SWIFT.
At least 580 organizations are participants in the Financial Message Transmission System of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
RIA Novosti reports this with reference to statistics shared by the Central Bank.

According to the regulator, in 2023 alone, the number of users of the SWIFT analogue doubled compared to 2022.
As of December 1, 2024, there are currently about 580 organizations among SPFS users. It is noted that more than a quarter of them are non-residents of the Russian Federation.
Let us recall that the international SWIFT system was previously the main instrument for carrying out financial transactions.
However, after Russian banks were disconnected from it, there was a need to create an alternative instrument, which became the SPFS.
Now the Russian economy has smoothly and seamlessly switched to its use, and more and more non-residents are also choosing it to make payments.
