Prices for red caviar in Russia are actively growing in the fourth quarter.
Demand for caviar traditionally increases in December, and this is immediately reflected in prices.
This year, there are no plans to reduce prices after the holidays, RIA Novosti writes.

Anton Trenin, an expert from the ACRA corporate ratings group, explained that the demand for red caviar has been growing in recent months.
He noted that consumption of red caviar reflects seasonal demand and, accordingly, price increases in December.
In addition, the main reason for the price increase was the reduction in salmon catches.
The Federal Agency for Fisheries reported that the catch of Pacific salmon decreased by 13.4%.
Expensive logistics, fuel costs, and ship maintenance also influenced the rise in prices for red caviar this year.
