Listen to the conversations of office workers and you will see that modern people often hate their jobs.

Unfortunately, many were never able to realize their childhood dreams and now earn money doing something they don’t love .

The truth is that calls to quit an unloved job and find your calling do not work for everyone. However, in any case, some tips will help you cope with the feeling of disgust.

Dislike of work and unwillingness to communicate with colleagues are not the same thing. Think about why you do not want to be in the office and perform certain duties.

Perhaps you don't mind carrying out your boss's orders, but you don't want to see your colleagues at all. Maybe you should think about changing jobs, since this team doesn't suit you so much.

Don't get into conflicts, start going to interviews instead. You won't achieve anything if you quarrel with your colleagues, so find a more suitable place.

You may also come to the conclusion that you don't want to work at all right now and it's not because you're currently busy. Perhaps you're not getting enough sleep or you can't relax. And after work, you'll have household chores instead of rest.

As a result, you feel unwell. However, you can delegate housework to other family members. Let everyone do their errands, and don’t look for excuses. Don’t watch TV series at night or sit on social networks before going to bed.

Better get a good night's sleep. Do some light exercise in the morning. It will help you feel more energetic, and your aversion to work will most likely disappear.

Or maybe you have already “grown out” of the ordinary office worker and are ready to go “freelance”.

Try to find orders on the side and plan your work without instructions from your boss. Of course, if your profession allows it, you can gradually become a freelancer. But do not rush.

First, find regular clients, let your income start to exceed your usual salary. Then you can leave the hated office and really love your job.

Earlier I talked about what will help you advance in your career.
