It has become known how the rate of growth of consumer prices changed in November compared to similar periods.
Statistics have shown that in the last month of autumn inflation hit a new historical record.
As Vedomosti found out, in November, prices increased by 1.43%, which is almost twice as much as in the previous month of October.

The last time such a rate of price growth was observed in Russia was only 22 years ago: in 2002.
According to Rosstat data, the following categories of products have increased in price the most:
- agricultural products, which added 10.35%;
- fish (about 3.5%);
- turkey meat (3.3%);
- milk (3%);
- as well as bread and beef, which increased in price by 1.3% and +1%, respectively.
Non-food products showed a much more modest growth: this group showed an increase in the cost of commodity items by an average of 0.51%. Services increased in price by an average of 1.31%.
It is noted that in just the past 9 days of December, price increases have already reached 0.62%.
