Working pensioners' pensions will be indexed from February 1, 2025.
This decision was made in relation to citizens who have not retired and continue to work.
The indexation will apply to all working pensioners, writes the Parliamentary Newspaper .
After the suspension of pension indexation for working pensioners in 2016, payments will resume in February 2025.
The corresponding law was adopted by the State Duma against the backdrop of the balanced operation of the pension system.
The changes will adjust the laws “On compulsory pension insurance in the Russian Federation” and “On insurance pensions”.
The decision was made in relation to working people who have not retired.
Indexation will be carried out in the same manner as for non-working pensioners.
In 2025, pensions will be indexed twice: on February 1 and April 1.
Working pensioners will be able to expect another pension increase in 2025 – from August 1 (recalculation of earned individual pension coefficients).
