The head of a multi-billion dollar company commented on the information about the “raider takeover” of Wildberries.
Tatyana Bakalchuk responded to the statement of her husband Vladislav Bakalchuk. Ramzan Kadyrov also intervened in the situation, claiming that he would "stop the raider takeover."
Bakalchuk, in her Telegram channel, denied her husband’s words that they want to seize Wildberries in the most brazen manner.

The entrepreneur reported that the marketplace’s work with the Russ Outdoor company is going according to plan, and the joint project will be implemented in full.
Bakalchuk emphasized that her husband knows about the cooperation with Russ. All the details were agreed upon with him, the head of Wildberries claims.
"This is not a corporate raid. This is a scam. From the very beginning, everything was agreed upon with Vladislav, he personally attended the presentation to the top management of the new structure of the united company," Bakalchuk said and published a photo taken during the presentation.
The situation with Wildberries
Russia's largest marketplace has teamed up with leading outdoor advertising operator Russ Outdoor to create a new digital platform for e-commerce.
The companies decided to combine their resources and release a product that would unite a number of areas and help businesses more effectively promote their products on the Internet.
On July 23, Ramzan Kadyrov announced on his Telegram channel that he had spoken with his long-time friend Vladislav Bakalchuk.
He complained to the head of Chechnya that someone was trying to carry out a raider takeover of Wildberries. The matter concerned the activities of Russ Outdoor. Kadyrov instructed deputy Adam Delimkhanov to look into the situation.
