The maximum amount of sick leave in 2025 could be at least 5.7 thousand rubles per day.
To receive it, you will need to have an income of at least 160 thousand rubles in 2023, and at least 185 thousand rubles in 2024.

The increase in the amount of sick leave is related to the current growth in wages.
Leading researcher at the Institute of Social Analysis and Forecasting of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration Viktor Lyashok emphasized that salary increases are taken into account when calculating sick leave.
He said that the maximum amount of sick leave benefits will be given to those whose salary over the last two years is at least 230% of the national average according to Rosstat data.
Official work experience of at least eight years will also be taken into account.
The expert clarified that official work under an employment contract, state and military service, activities of individual entrepreneurs, as well as lawyers, notaries and farmers are included in the length of service.
